Ms Power point is a presentation package it is used to create slides and collect them to make the presentation .it helps you to quickly create effective slide based presentation the presentation consists of the number of slide that can have text & graphics.

 

Slides:- slides are the hearts of every presentation you can create the slides as the 35mm slides or electronically on screen slides can contains text graphics chart sound and videos.

New slide: - it opens a new slide for making the presentation.

 

Shapes: - with the help of this option we can insert many different shapes in our slide

Arrange:-it set the arrangement of the related slide.

 

                      Insert

 

Table: - it inserts a table for many different row and column for your use.

 

Picture, clipart, photo album, shapes, and chart: - these options are used for inserts the objects from the related tabs.

Page setup & slide orientation:-it is use to set the page margin and orientation of the slide like landscape and portrait.

Themes: - it sets the different themes (pre defined background style) in the back ground of your slide.

 

                 Animation

 

Custom animation:-it set the flow and fall of the related / selected slides with various options into the custom animation tab.

 

Transition: - it is used for set the slide / presentation either automatic or manual it also set the sound effect into the slides.

 

                        Slide show

 

Setup show: - it is used for set the effect to continuously watch of the running slide.

 

Start slide show: - after click on from current slide tab you will run your slide on the screen.

 

                           View

 

Normal: - in this view screen is splinted into three sections & showing the presentation in normal way.

 

Slide sorter:-it is use for show the slide in sorted order and minimized format.

 

Note page: - it is use for note down the narration of the related slides.

 

Slide show: - this option is used for show the slide or presentation on the desktop screen as you designed.

  MS Excel   Ms excel is a spread sheet based application.   The previous name of ms excel spread sheet was VisiCalc it was developed in 1979 . It is used for creating ledger invoices and analysis report, it shows the file in the form of work book, the work book contains many work sheets each work sheet has 1048576 rows   and 16384 column, the column is given name a, b, c like that and the rows are numbered 1, 2, 3.
